White Horse is working with an established client based in Trowbridge who are looking for an organised and proactive HR Coordinator to join their existing HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator or HR Coordinator looking to develop their career within a supportive and collaborative environment. You will play a key role in providing day-to-day HR support, ensuring processes run smoothly and employees receive a professional and efficient service.

The successful candidate will be a strong administrator, highly organised, and comfortable managing a varied workload while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems
  • Prepare HR documentation including contracts, letters, and employee correspondence
  • Support the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth experience for new starters
  • Coordinate pre-employment checks, including right-to-work checks and references
  • Respond to employee and manager HR queries, escalating where appropriate
  • Support absence management administration and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with probation reviews, employee changes, and leaver processes

  • Produce HR reports and maintain HR data

About You:

You will ideally have:

  • Previous experience within an HR Administration or HR Coordinator role
  • Strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience using HR systems and maintaining employee records
  • Knowledge of UK HR processes and employment practices
  • The ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
  • A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop
  • A CIPD qualification or working towards one would be desirable but is not essential.
