This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced organisation where you’ll play a key role in delivering financial insight, supporting decision-making, and driving business performance. Working closely with the Head of FP&A and wider finance function, you’ll combine hands‑on analysis with strategic business partnering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide financial analysis, reporting, and insight to support business decisions.
- Maintain and improve reporting tools, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Partner with operational teams to translate financial data into actionable recommendations.
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and performance monitoring processes.
- Contribute to business planning and financial modelling initiatives.
- Present financial commentary and insights to senior stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- 2+ years’ experience in FP&A or commercial finance
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
- Experience in business partnering and reporting
- Confident communicator, able to simplify complex data for stakeholders
- Power BI or similar data visualisation skills are a plus
