White Horse is partnering with a long-standing client, supporting their search for a Senior Finance Business Partner.
Following continued changes and growth within this organisation, this role has been created to support this journey.
This role is the crucial link between finance, and the rest of the business. As such, we are looking for a commercially astute accountant, who is able to build relationships with non-finance stakeholders effectively.
A standard working day will include:
- Owning all finance related duties across various departments, representing finance in all business meetings
- Weekly and monthly reporting
- Working closely with operations and production teams, assisting their understanding of all matters finance related
- Acting as a senior member of staff, supporting the Group FC with the coaching and development of the team
- Ensuring that all costing models are accurate
This role is working within a national FMCG business, currently going through a major period of change and growth. We are specifically looking for a fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/equiv.) who has proven experience working within a large manufacturing setting.
