We are a South West leader in HR, Commercial and Finance recruitment. The last few years have been amazing for us, we won a Bath Life Award last year, are going for B-Corp and have added 3-4 new people to the team each year and are Bath/Wiltshire fastest growing recruitment company.

We’re seeking salespeople with high levels of drive, resilience, who have a strong work ethic and a true desire to be the best. We prioritise your skills and personality over formal qualifications, so if you’re a confident communicator, highly motivated, and ready to make an impact, we’d be very keen to speak with you.

As a recruiter, you will be working as the middleperson between client and candidate. You will be reaching out to prospective, active, and dormant clients within your market, to discuss their hiring requirements and how you can offer insights and add value as a trusted partner. You will also speak with candidates, understanding their situations, skills, desires, and interests, to assist with finding them the right opportunities.
