White Horse Employment is delighted to be working exclusively with a leading organisation to recruit an experienced HR Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and capable HR professional to take full ownership of the HR function on site, working closely with the HR Director and senior leadership team to shape and deliver the people strategy within a fast-paced environment.

You will be both operationally strong and strategically minded, balancing day-to-day HR delivery with longer-term workforce planning, continuous improvement, and cultural development. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will lead by example, develop the HR Advisor, and act as a trusted partner to managers across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of the HR function, ensuring high-quality and consistent HR support across the site
  • Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, organisational development and employee engagement
  • Manage complex employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, capability and absence
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are legally compliant and aligned with business needs (UK HR system experience desirable)
