White Horse Employment are delighted to be exclusively supporting an exciting high-growth business based in Bristol who are actively recruiting for a Commercial Finance Analyst to join their growing commercial finance team. Reporting into senior commercial finance leadership, this is a broad and impactful role supporting the wider commercial and operational agenda through high-quality analysis, reporting, and business partnering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver detailed financial analysis to support commercial performance and decision making
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and KPI reporting
  • Support monthly reporting cycles, forecasting, variance analysis, and action planning
  • Work with large and complex data sets across multiple systems to produce meaningful insight
  • Support the integration, manipulation, and integrity of financial and operational data
  • Partner with commercial and operational teams to support performance improvement initiatives
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting support across finance and the wider business
What We’re Looking For:
  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
  • Ideally a 2nd mover from practice
  • Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills
  • Comfortable working with large data sets and multiple systems
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders
  • Commercially minded, hands-on, and adaptable in a fast-changing environment
  • Experience with BI tools and dashboard reporting would be advantageous
