Customer Service Advisor

White Horse Employment are delighted to be supporting global market leaders with a recruitment drive in their Customer Service Team. They are looking to bring on a Customer Service Advisor to support them with an increase in customer orders.

Location: Trowbridge/Hybrid

Salary: £12.60ph

Responsibilities

• Call out to their customers to check on stock levels, maintaining relationships and sensitively dealing with any enquiries
• Maintain accurate records of the calls
• Raise any safeguarding concerns

You will receive full training and support from experienced team leaders and an enthusiastic team. It\’s a rewarding environment with plenty of opportunity to develop your customer service experience.

Skills / Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience
• Confident in dealing with queries and questions
• Able to work under pressure
• Excellent telephone manner
