White Horse Employment are proud to be partnering an established and fast-growing company based near Swindon seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join their expanding finance team. This is a great opportunity for a proactive credit controller to take full ownership, using technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review new customer credit applications and set appropriate credit limits
  • Chase outstanding invoices using CRM systems, automated reminders, and online portals
  • Implement process improvements and automation to enhance collections efficiency
  • Maintain accurate customer records and reconcile accounts using financial software
  • Generate aged debt and collection performance reports using Excel or ERP tools
  • Collaborate with finance, sales, and customer service to resolve payment issues
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and support debt escalation when needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in credit control
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence with financial and CRM systems
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills
  • A professional, approachable communicator who thrives in a team environment
  • Ability to manage workloads in a fast-paced setting
