This is a great opportunity for a proactive credit controller to take full ownership, using technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Review new customer credit applications and set appropriate credit limits Chase outstanding invoices using CRM systems, automated reminders, and online portals Implement process improvements and automation to enhance collections efficiency Maintain accurate customer records and reconcile accounts using financial software Generate aged debt and collection performance reports using Excel or ERP tools Collaborate with finance, sales, and customer service to resolve payment issues Ensure compliance with internal policies and support debt escalation when needed Minimum 3 years’ experience in credit control Strong Excel skills and confidence with financial and CRM systems Bonus scheme Company pension Private medical insurance On-site parking If you’re an experienced Credit Controller with a passion for chasing outstanding debts and process improvement, please apply now!
