This is a great opportunity for a proactive credit controller to take full ownership, using technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Review new customer credit applications and set appropriate credit limits
- Chase outstanding invoices using CRM systems, automated reminders, and online portals
- Implement process improvements and automation to enhance collections efficiency
- Maintain accurate customer records and reconcile accounts using financial software
- Generate aged debt and collection performance reports using Excel or ERP tools
- Collaborate with finance, sales, and customer service to resolve payment issues
