This is a great opportunity for a proactive credit controller to take full ownership, using technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

  • Review new customer credit applications and set appropriate credit limits
  • Chase outstanding invoices using CRM systems, automated reminders, and online portals
  • Implement process improvements and automation to enhance collections efficiency
  • Maintain accurate customer records and reconcile accounts using financial software
  • Generate aged debt and collection performance reports using Excel or ERP tools
