Key Responsibilities

- Enable the Commercial Manager to focus on revenue generation, customer engagement, and market expansion.

- Assist with onboarding and transition activities for the new Commercial Manager and future Commercial Associate.
- Knowledge Retention
- Capture and document critical processes currently held by departing employees.
- Ensure a structured handover of key market activities.
