This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody to get involved with PE, alongside an impressive senior leadership team. This position is ideal for someone who is ready to take ownership of a team, driven to understand how the company operates, and keen to use that knowledge to drive improvements. Alongside being the face of finance within the business as they move towards a business partnering culture.

The role covers financial and management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, working capital management and transactional processing. Power BI is high on their agenda so an understanding of how to embed and utilise it in terms of finance is preferable.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead financial controls, statutory reporting, and operational finance across a multi-entity group.
  • High-quality external reporting, strong compliance, and efficient finance operations.
  • Review and enhance existing financial models, processes, and controls.
Experience:
  • ACA/ACCA qualified
  • Proven experience of consolidation and process improvement
  • Strong experience overseeing year end.
