We’re working with a growing, long standing construction and environmental company delivering projects across the UK. We’re looking for a hands-on Site Manager within construction or civil experience to lead their teams and keep projects running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

  • Plan and manage site operations from start to finish.
  • Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Oversee supplies, logistics, and health & safety compliance for each site.
  • Work closely with the Project Managers and report on progress.
  • Roll up your sleeves and get involved on site when needed!

  • Background in civil is a must.

  • Health & safety knowledge (SMSTS or SSSTS essential).
