We’re working with a growing organisation in Radstock to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join their supportive and collaborative finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a busy, multi-site business where you’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting cash flow management, and ensuring strong financial controls across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile incoming payments, credit card transactions, and bank accounts.
- Support with cash flow forecasting and income reporting.
- Raise sales invoices and assist with monitoring aged debtors.
- Provide support to the purchase ledger team with invoice and purchase order processing.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and assist with audit preparation.
