An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced FP&A professional to take on a commercially focused role within one of our established and growing clients.
Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you’ll play an important role in providing financial insight, supporting key decisions and helping drive improved business performance.
The position offers a good balance of hands‑on financial analysis, forecasting and planning, alongside meaningful business partnering with senior stakeholders. You’ll also have the opportunity to take ownership of existing processes and identify ways to improve reporting and planning across the business.

The Role
As an FP&A Business Partner, you will:
- Partner with stakeholders across the business, including technical teams, management and senior leadership.
- Analyse actual performance, identify variances and provide clear, commercially focused commentary.
- Support the preparation and delivery of budgets, forecasts
- Prepare management reports, business packs and presentations for key stakeholders.
- Translate financial data into clear and meaningful insight to support decision‑making.
- Build strong relationships with non‑finance stakeholders
About You:
We’re looking for someone who is commercially minded, analytical and confident working with stakeholders outside of finance.
You’ll ideally have:
- Previous experience in an FP&A or commercially focused finance role.
- Strong experience across forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis.
- Excellent business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to communicate financial information clearly to non‑finance audiences.
- Strong Excel skills.
- A relevant finance qualification such as ACCA, CIMA or equivalent experience. (desirable)
