Responsibilities:

  • Have excellent communication skills with children, parents, staff and outside agencies.
  • Be able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in completing tasks.
  • Complete general admin duties, including typing, filing and taking phone calls.
  • Have excellent organisational skills.
  • Be flexible, adaptable and able to multitask.
  • Be proficient with ICT, including Word and Excel.
  • Have experience of working in a school office or similar environment.
  • Liaise with the Office Manager.
  • Carry out duties requested by the Head and Deputy Headteachers.
