37 hours a week Monday - Thursday: 8.00am - 4.00pm and Friday: 8.00am - 3.30pm. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly-motivated and enthusiastic individual who wants to make a real difference to the lives of young people. The school would welcome applicants who have a strong commitment to inclusion, prior experience working with pupils who have complex needs, and who are enthusiastic, pro-active and have high expectations for ensuring the best outcomes for all young people.
The person appointed will be expected to lead small groups, provide effective one-to-one and small-group support in class, and work alongside teams in school to produce appropriate resources suitable to individual need. Alderman White School is a friendly, thriving and stimulating place to work and study. Our students are well-behaved and motivated. PPA time is above the statutory requirement and can be taken off-site.
The school is conveniently located 5 minutes from Junction 25 of the M1, close to the A52, as well as tram and bus routes, in a suburban area close to Nottingham University. White Hills Park Trust comprises nine successful schools across Nottinghamshire, six primary, two secondary (one including a sixth form), and one special school. It’s an exciting time as the Trust is embarking on a period of steady growth with further schools joining us soon.
