Our PAM is built end to end by WHG, allowing for requirement agility and flexibility.

In 2021, WHS was created via the acquisition of an RGS, brand and gaming catalogue from Blueprint Gaming, one of Europe’s biggest iCasino content providers. For the first time, leading content from Blueprint, Reel Time, Merkur and Lucksome Studios will be offered by WHS to players on the US market.

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Specialist with a strong background in software testing, ideally within the Gambling/Casino industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our applications across multiple devices, collaborating closely with developers, designers, and other stakeholders. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform manual testing of the application on various devices.
  • Write clear and concise issue reports to effectively communicate findings.
  • Utilize Jira and other Atlassian tools for test management and issue tracking.
  • Communicate effectively with designers and developers at all levels.
  • Apply analytical thinking to test edge case scenarios and identify potential issues.
  • Prepare new test cases and test scenarios with support from the Lead when necessary.
  • Analyse and review new test cases for accuracy and coverage.
  • Create and maintain documentation useful for the team.
  • Understand and follow team processes and workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing requirements.
  • Conduct testing in alignment with strict regulatory or legal requirements.
  • Apply testing knowledge in practice to enhance software quality.
  • Foster a cooperative team environment based on mutual support.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Quickly learn new concepts and adapt to evolving testing needs.

What we are looking for

  • 2+ years of experience in software testing.
  • Experience in the Gambling/Casino industry.
  • Strong knowledge of manual testing techniques and practices.
  • Proficiency with Jira and other Atlassian suite tools.
  • Ability to write clear, detailed, and actionable defect/issue reports.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels.
  • Strong attention to detail with analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to test creatively, including edge case scenarios.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a strong team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tools and processes.

Nice to have

  • ISTQB Certification.
  • Experience testing against strict regulatory or legal requirements.
  • Knowledge of licensing requirements in the Gambling/Casino industry.
  • Familiarity with test automation principles (even without hands-on experience).
