We’re on the lookout for a Hotel Receptionist to join our team! Make a difference to the moments that matter to us and our guests. As the voice and face of Marston’s Inns, you’ll provide exceptional customer service – with a smile for our guests, from the point of booking/checking-in, right through to check-out.

Responsibilities:

  • Pride yourself on creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
  • Have proven system/computer skills, or willingness to learn.
  • Be passionate about providing great customer service, including dealing effectively and efficiently with any requests/queries.
  • Be responsible for taking payments.
  • Work closely with the wider hotel and pub team to ensure business standards are met and delivered.
