We're looking for an Assistant Manager at one of the most iconic pubs along the Thames, the White Hart in Barnes. You'll have experience being second in command of a business, be confident leading a team, dealing with customers, troubleshooting and be keen to learn more about the ins and outs of running a pub yourself in the future.
We're a fantastic community pub that draws in visitors from afar who want a pint or a bite to eat with a view that's as close to the Thames as you can get. We're well known for our food and service, so having a customer-centric approach is important. You'll think big (and small), can spot opportunities to raise the bar and improve the business and be passionate about developing yourself towards General Manager and having a long career in hospitality.
