Senior Operations Manager

Leading retailer is now looking for a Senior Operations Manager for their large distribution centre.

Reporting to the General Manager, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience within distribution gained in an FMCG environment.

You will be responsible for:

1. Warehouse Budget: 18 million.
2. Managing 6 warehouse shift managers.
3. Overseeing a 575,000 square foot chilled and ambient warehouse with budget control of 32 million.
4. Servicing 120 stores in the South of England.
5. Managing a workforce of 700 delivering 400,000 units per week (1.1 million at peak) using a fleet of 60 tractors and 190 trailers.

Must have previously worked within a unionised environment.
