- Warehouse operations within the UK, managing key relationships with service providers around safety, service, and quality.
- Leading the development of providers in terms of safety, service, and quality.
- Covering warehousing, distribution, and transport.
- Providing excellence in leadership capability, supporting and developing strategic goals and plans to drive positive change and a safe work-life balance culture.
- Identifying processes to streamline continuous improvements and holding full P&L responsibility for freight and warehousing within the UK.
- Responsible for the business case for large projects.
- Setting up a large General Merchandise Distribution Centre.
- Responsible for 2-man Home Delivery.
- Setting up and implementing the Multi-Channel E-Commerce Warehouse Solution for Live Plant Fulfilment Centres.
- Ensuring continuous improvement plans are in place.
