Creative Director reporting to the Managing Director to lead high-profile brand experience work and help shape the direction of the creative team. This role is responsible for defining and driving the creative vision across major projects, leading concept development, and presenting ideas clearly and persuasively to clients and internal stakeholders. You'll also play a key role in mentoring creatives, improving ways of working, and supporting new business growth. This is a collaborative, teamâoriented environment with a hybrid working model and regular inâperson time in the office.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creative direction for major experiential projects from concept through delivery
- Develop compelling ideas that respond to client objectives and commercial goals
- Present creative thinking with clarity and confidence to senior stakeholders
- Guide and mentor creative team members and freelance talent
- Collaborate closely with strategy, production, operations, and account teams
- Contribute to pitches, proposals, and opportunities for account growth
