A large Utilities Company is now looking for a Finance Director. Utilities Background essential. Location: London Reporting to the Group Financial Director Managing Director. Main Responsibilities: # Provide financial information to senior managers; # Allocate financial resources; # Manage cash and working capital; # Manage credit risk; # Provide financial expertise in the development of customer and supplier contracts; # Manage the finance team; # Membership of the management team; # Support the Managing Director in the development and implementation of commercial strategy and business plan; # Produce accurate and timely management information and reporting schedules; # Liaise with external auditors.
