Reporting to The Managing Director, Facilities Services vacancy. Partner with the Divisional Managing Director β Facilities Services (MD), providing assurance that all financial and commercial matters are properly controlled in line with a Β£160 Million Turnover Business.
Essential:
- Professionally qualified accountant or commercial manager (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, RICS, CIOB)
- Extensive experience working in a Business Services environment.
- Strength of character, a strong demeanour, and the ability to challenge leadership when necessary in the best interest of the business.
- Ability to gain respect from and adeptly communicate confidently with professional consultants, clients, and legal teams.
- Strong understanding of the UK market in terms of current and future opportunities. Ideally, have a network of contacts that can be utilized from a business development perspective to build on such opportunities.
- Demonstrable track record of progression within a construction, engineering, or facilities services-related organization.
