General Manager Distribution (London)

Leading retailer is now looking for a Senior General Manager for their large distribution center.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience within distribution gained within an FMCG environment.

You will be responsible for this 675,000 square foot chilled and ambient warehouse and have budget control of 32 million.

Responsibilities include servicing 120 stores in the South of England.

Manage a workforce of 700 delivering 400,000 units per week (1.1 million at peak) using a fleet of 60 tractors and 190 trailers.

Must have previously worked within a unionized environment.
