Job role:
- To effectively plan all distribution operations on behalf of the retailer to continually strive to improve service and reduce cost.
- To ensure delivery of Key Performance Indicators through management of core processes and driving continuous improvement through efficient use of the company’s physical and human assets.
- To maximise the performance of the operation by directing the daily, weekly, and monthly activities.
- Providing leadership, motivation, training, and development of the team, delivering against customer requirements and operational performance.
