Creative Director reporting to the Managing Director to lead high-profile brand experience work and help shape the direction of the creative team. This role is responsible for defining and driving the creative vision across major projects, leading concept development, and presenting ideas clearly and persuasively to clients and internal stakeholders. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring creatives, improving ways of working, and supporting new business growth. This is a collaborative, team-oriented environment with a hybrid working model and regular in-person time in the office.
Responsibilities
