A Large Facilities Management company with 18,000 employees is looking for a CIO reporting to the CFO. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing budgets of $60-100 million. Experience with ORACLE to SAP transformation projects is required.
You will be responsible for overseeing both our IT operations (BAU) function and IT transformation programme. You must have the ability to inspire and lead, engaging with a multi-stakeholder community at all levels to bring about change.
Your responsibilities will include developing and driving the company’s IT and software solution strategy to win bids, achieve profit targets, and meet other key performance indicators. As IT Director, you will be responsible for the performance of relevant teams that drive new business growth by establishing work schedules, managing, motivating, monitoring, and evaluating performance to ensure that company commitments are fulfilled.
You will constantly challenge established methods and seek to drive new ideas. Must have experience dealing with Board Level Members.
