A bit about us:

  • We’re a 3.5-vet team led by a Clinical Director with a Small Animal Surgery certificate, alongside our fantastic senior vet.
  • Backing us is a Practice Director who is also an internationally accredited coach and leadership mentor.
  • We work closely with our Doncaster site, home to certificate holders in Internal Medicine and Dentistry.
  • You’ll also have access to our wider White Cross network across Leeds and Bradford, where you can learn from vets with certificates in ECC, Medicine and Imaging.
  • Our Central Support Team in Leeds handles HR, finance and ops - so you can focus on being a vet.

The week in a nutshell:

  • 40 hours over 4 days
  • Saturdays on a rota (with TOIL back)
  • No OOH (yes, really)
  • 15-minute consults (30 mins where it counts)
  • Admin time actually built into your day
  • A mix of consults, ops and second ops - flexed around what you enjoy
