Here at White Cross Vets, Wolstanton we are experiencing an exciting period of growth and as a result we have a fantastic opportunity for an additional Veterinary Nurse to join our friendly and supportive team on a part‑time basis. Wolstanton is a growing practice with great facilities including four consult rooms, cat ward, dog ward, operating theatre, digital x‑ray, dental x‑ray, ultrasound and endoscope. We also have an Imagyst machine for in‑house cytology analysis and access to SignalPet for AI‑assisted radiographic interpretation.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Registered Veterinary Nurse you will be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering high‑quality nursing care to patients while supporting excellent client experiences. You’ll work collaboratively with veterinary surgeons and the wider practice team, taking responsibility for the nursing care of a range of first‑opinion cases, contributing to clinical standards, and supporting the ongoing development of patient care within the practice. The role is currently a part‑time 25 hours per week permanent position. Flexibility will be considered.

General Responsibilities

Our nurses follow a rota that provides interest and job satisfaction. Responsibilities may include running nurse clinics, managing in‑patients, or performing theatre duties. We emphasise proactive nurse utilisation and development of schedule 3 skills, encouraging all nurses to focus on personal development to grow.
