The Opportunity
We're looking for an exceptional First Aid Instructor and First Responder to join our growing team. This role is suitable for someone who already holds a FREC 3 qualification (or equivalent) and wants to develop into an outstanding trainer and medical responder. We're not looking for someone who simply turns up and delivers a course. We're looking for someone who genuinely cares about helping people learn, build confidence and develop life‑saving skills.

Essential Requirements
- FREC 3 (or equivalent) as a minimum
- A recognised Level 3 teaching qualification and assessor qualification (or equivalent)
- Current Enhanced DBS Certificate (or willingness to obtain one immediately)
- Experience teaching, instructing, coaching, mentoring or supporting learners
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, reliable and organised
- Commitment to continuous professional development
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends
Desirable Qualifications & Experience
- FREC 4 or above
- Experience delivering first aid, healthcare or workplace training
- Experience delivering regulated qualifications
- Event medical experience
- Experience using practical, scenario-based training methods
- Experience working with a wide range of learners and backgrounds
- Evidence of continuing professional development
