White Circle is seeking a hands-on Talent Lead to own and build our hiring function. You will personally drive hiring across the company, create scalable recruiting processes, and track performance in partnership with the Head of People and hiring managers across GTM, Ops, Research, and Product.
You will build interview loops, scorecards, pipelines, and candidate tracking, while leading international hiring and defining roles and priorities.
