About White Circle

White Circle is an AI Safety company building the safety, reliability, and optimization layer for AI systems. At the core of our platform are policies – simple natural-language rules that define what an AI model should and shouldn’t do. We automatically test, enforce, and continuously improve these policies at scale.

We’ve raised $11M from top funds, founders, and senior leaders at OpenAI, Anthropic, HuggingFace, Mistral, DeepMind, Datadog, Sentry, and others. We process over 100M+ API calls every month. We fine-tune and train our own LLMs so they run faster and cheaper than any open or proprietary model. We’re at a multi-million dollar run rate already having signed customers like Lovable and multiple neobanks. You’ll be joining at the most exciting time - early enough that the equity can be life changing but at a point where demand has been proven. We’re a small, highly focused team. If you want to work deeply on hard problems and build the category-defining company in AI safety - this role is for you!

About The Role

You will be responsible for building and scaling White Circle's ecosystem across the AI industry. This includes identifying, structuring, and activating partnerships with systems integrators, AI platform partners etc that can accelerate distribution of White Circle. You will work directly with the Head of Revenue and play a critical role in shaping how White Circle is distributed, adopted, and positioned within the AI ecosystem. The partnerships you build should translate into revenue first and foremost, but also product insight and long-term strategic advantage.

What You’ll Do

  • Source, structure, negotiate and close partnerships across AI, cloud, infrastructure, consulting, and enterprise ecosystems
  • Develop and execute White Circle’s partnership strategy to support company growth objectives
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new partners across channel, referral, technology, and strategic categories
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partner stakeholders
  • Create joint go-to-market plans and coordinate partner launches
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Operations teams to maximize partnership outcomes
  • Track partnership performance and establish metrics to measure impact, engagement, and revenue contribution
  • Continuously assess the partner landscape and identify new growth opportunities
  • Represent White Circle at events / conferences, and networking opportunities

Must haves

  • 5+ years of relevant experience: partnerships or sales where you sourced, negotiated and closed mid-market+ deals that drove meaningful net-new business outcomes
  • Track record of doing hard things: building a partnership program from scratch, creating a new revenue channel, exceeding ambitious goals, or something entirely different and is willing to get hands dirty doing the early, unglamorous work before trying to scale anything
  • Owner mindset: Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision

Nice to haves

  • Experience at a startup (Series B or earlier)
  • Existing relationships across the AI ecosystem
  • Experience building a sales or a partnerships motion from the ground up
  • Experience working with model providers, AI infrastructure companies, or cloud platforms
  • Experience building partnerships or selling in AI, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, developer tools, or enterprise software

What success looks like after 6-12 months

  • Partnerships are generating qualified opportunities, accelerating enterprise adoption, and strengthening our market position via a network that continues to compound over time
  • We have a repeatable process for identifying, developing, and expanding partnerships
  • White Circle has become a recognised partner across key parts of the AI ecosystem

Compensation and benefits

  • Salary: 80k-110k GBP
  • Performance-based bonus
  • Meaningful equity package
  • All the hardware, tools, and services you need
  • Team off-sites twice a year: we’ve recently been to the Alps and to Saint-Tropez

How we hire

  • Intro call with Head of Revenue (30 min)
  • Take-home assignment debrief with Head of Revenue (60 min)
  • Final conversation with our CEO (60 min)
