White Circle is building AI safety infrastructure, training multimodal models (vision, audio, video, speech) from scratch and via pretrained checkpoints. You will extend cross-modal capabilities, design experiments, and deploy end-to-end production systems with low-latency serving for a safety-focused platform.
You will collaborate across teams to implement data pipelines, optimize model architectures, and develop evaluation metrics that measure real-world performance in multimodal settings.
