White Circle is seeking a GTM & Business Recruiter to build the GTM and Ops teams behind a leading AI safety company. You will own full-cycle hiring across sales, partnerships, GTM engineering, events, and operations, building international teams from the ground up in the US and Europe.

The role focuses on sourcing top talent, designing interview processes, and delivering a strong candidate experience while collaborating with the Head of People and leadership to define profiles and hiring.
