White Chalk is a leading UK property CGI and marketing agency working with Housing Associations, developers, and new-build sales teams nationwide. We’re looking for a highly organised, confident Project Coordinator to join our growing External CGI team in Stratford Upon Avon. The role is a hybrid role, part office based, part home based.
Responsibilities
- Interpreting architectural plans and client briefs to create external images of property
- Coordinating CGI designers (globally based)
- Managing amendments and project timelines
- Quality checking creative work for accuracy and aesthetics
- Maintaining clear admin processes and project records
- Communicating confidently with clients and creatives
This is not a traditional project management role - it’s a coordination, admin and quality-control role with lots of responsibility and client interaction.
