White Chalk produces new build marketing material for the development industry. We produce CGIs, floor and site plans, 360-degree CGI tours, animation fly-throughs, property brochures, websites and much more. The biggest part of our business is producing CGIs of future property, both externally and internally.
The successful candidate will help project manage our newly won projects from start to finish; managing the design process, and ensuring the images we send to our clients are of the highest standard, and that we meet and exceed their expectations to generate future business with them.
Requirements:- Collate all required files and information from our developer clients to enable our CGI design team to create the marketing images
- Ensure all images are returned to clients in the correct formats within an agreed timescale
- Check all incoming images from our designers to check for design accuracy, realism and quality
- Keep a track of all projects to ensure that our monthly targets are hit
- Ensure all clients are happy clients at all times in the project to ensure future business

Prospects - future Head of Department, pitching and winning business, and managing other junior project managers.
Salary package - TBC depending on experience. Commission package after 12 months of working for White Chalk.
Location – Stratford Upon Avon – combination of office and home working, starting with 4 days office based whilst training, reducing to 2-3 office days once trained.
Start date – February / March 2026.
