Our Practice Solutions team leads the firm’s innovation initiatives, supporting lawyers in client delivery excellence. The team has deep expertise in established and emerging technologies, data analytics, data science, knowledge solutions, and process re‑engineering. The Practice Solutions team works with our lawyers to identify innovative solutions that support our clients and drives a firmwide culture of innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation, roll‑out and adoption phases of transactional practice technologies.
- Coordinate and collaborate with business services teams, technical staff and procurement to ensure practice solutions are appropriately integrated with firm systems, processes and data.
- Assist with testing new technology and coordinate feedback for project teams and vendors.
- Document and promote best practices in using AI‑enabled and automation technologies by practice teams.
- Support the use of legal technology in specific transactional client matters and interact with matter teams—including Partners, Associates, Professional Support Lawyers and Legal Assistants—to capture project scope and priorities.
- Work with deal teams to plan and execute the application of legal tech on their matters.
- Collaborate with solution providers to develop and deliver offerings.
- Oversee each project and ensure quality and success through actions.
- Consult with matter teams regarding best practices in using legal tech.
- Prepare recommendations, budgets, and project plans.
- Assist attorneys in preparing for client IT interviews and create questionnaires.
- Initiate, negotiate, oversee, and coordinate vendor work.
- Maintain familiarity with vendor platforms and provide support to matter teams using those platforms.
- Travel domestically and internationally to support matters as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required; technical or legal degree preferred.
- Knowledge of legal tech applications preferred (e.g., Legora, Legatics, collaboration technology, and other AI platforms).
- Experience in change management in large law firms a plus.
- Experience training users on firm applications a plus.
- Knowledge of working processes for M&A, Capital Markets and Banking Practices a plus.
- Able to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously with high professionalism and client‑service orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Highly developed organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with legal professionals at all levels, clients and vendors.
- Able to manage time and resources to meet or exceed established service level agreements.

Location and Reporting:
This role is based in London and reports to the Senior Manager, Practice Technology. It is a hybrid in‑office/remote role based in our London office, with four days in the office and standard hours of 9:30 – 18:00.
