The Coordinator, Engagement and Development – EMEA will work closely in a team of Engagement and Development professionals based in the London, Brussels and Frankfurt offices. The post holder will have responsibility for supporting the Engagement and Development agenda regionally for all EMEA offices, focusing on supporting Firm culture, values, Affinity Networks and much more.
The Engagement and Development Team is responsible for:
- A reimagined professional skills curriculum
- The Firm’s Coaching Office and enhanced mentoring initiatives
- Associate and business services professional participation in committees and Firmwide initiatives
- People’s Voice Survey - recommendations and implementation
- Global Affinity Networks, which are open to everyone

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of EMEA Engagement programs and initiatives, with occasional support across Americas and APAC, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Work with the Firm’s eight global Affinity Networks to effectively identify and conduct impactful programs for their members.
- Coordinate logistics for Affinity Network events, including collaborating with colleagues in Concierge and Events to ensure seamless execution.
- Represent the Engagement team at Affinity Network functions held in the London office.
- Support the creation and distribution of Affinity Network invitations and communications.
- Conduct research on external speakers, trainers and consultants.
- Conduct monthly, virtual new hire onboarding sessions on behalf of the Engagement and Development Team.
- Where appropriate, represent the Engagement Team at recruiting functions and orientation programs held in the Firm’s London office.
- Support Affinity Networks on admin for local meetings including room bookings and liaising with members in relation to agenda creation and distribution.
- Support the creation and distribution of communications advertising professional development opportunities.
- Provide administrative support for sponsorships of professional conferences in partnership with the Engagement Team Sponsorships Lead.
- Provide support to the Chief Engagement and Development Officer on special projects as needed.

- Degree or equivalent experience

Location & Reporting
This role is based in London, and reports into the Manager, Engagement and Development (EMEA), with a dotted line to the Associate Director, Engagement and Development - Firm Operations (Global). Our standard office hours are 9:30-18:00, with a current requirement for 4 days in the office (Monday - Thursday) per week.
