The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.
The legal assistant will be required to support the Claims and Investigations and Data Protection teams. Such work may include:
- Legal and factual research using library, online, and outside resources
- Participation and preparation of documents for production
- Maintenance and indexing of case files
- Preparation of material for witness interviews and grievance and disciplinary proceedings
- Reviewing and analysing documents
- Summarising and digesting transcripts
- Exhibit preparation for pleadings, trials, hearings, etc.
- Creating charts, graphs, tables, etc. for data analysis and synthesis
- Utilising firm resources to accomplish above tasks
- Preparing accurate and timely daily time entries and records for services performed
- Utilising e-discovery software programs and other spreadsheet and database programs as needed to perform client projects

Location & Reporting: Based in London, this role reports to the Associate General Counsel. Our standard hours are 09:30 - 18:00 with 4 days in the office Monday - Thursday.
