We are seeking an experienced and reliable Handyman to support the day-to-day maintenance of a property portfolio. The role involves carrying out a wide range of general maintenance tasks, ensuring properties remain safe, compliant, and well-presented at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake general maintenance works across the property portfolio, including:
- Joinery/carpentry repairs
- Basic plumbing tasks
- Minor electrical works
- Painting and decorating
- Grounds maintenance and gardening
Requirements
- A trade background is essential, with relevant qualifications or proven time-served experience in a maintenance or building trade.
- Strong practical skills across multiple repair and maintenance disciplines.
- Ability to work independently, manage workloads, and problem-solve effectively.
- Good communication skills and a professional approach when working in occupied properties.
- Full UK driving licence (van provided).
Working Hours
- 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
- Company van supplied for work-related travel.
