Souper Tang is launching a brand‑new outlet in Singapore, and we’re inviting enthusiastic individuals to join us on this exciting journey. We are looking for a motivated and hands‑on Restaurant Supervisor to support the daily operations of our outlet and help deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all front and back of the house restaurant operations.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service.
  • Respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally.
  • Maintain quality control for all food served.
  • Analyse staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer’s experience.
  • Project future needs for goods, kitchen supplies, and cleaning products; order accordingly.
  • Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards.
  • Look for ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs.
  • Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
  • Train new employees and provide on‑going training for all staff.
  • Other job tasks requirements as assigned by Outlet Restaurant Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food industry.
