As a Retail Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience by actively engaging with customers, promoting our products, and driving sales performance. You will play a key role in representing the brand, maintaining high standards of store presentation, and contributing to the successful launch and ongoing operations of the new outlet.

Key Responsibilities- Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner to understand their needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers to encourage sales.
- Provide accurate information about products or services, including pricing, specifications, and promotions.
- Promote retail items and assist customers in making purchasing decisions by upselling related products or accessories.
- Provide samples to both walk-in shoppers and dine-in customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized retail environment, including product displays and demonstration areas.
- Monitor inventory levels daily and communicate with management regarding stock replenishment needs.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the retail team.
- Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and competitor activities.
