As Senior Chef de Partie, you’ll support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering consistent, high-quality food, keeping your section organised, and helping junior chefs develop their skills. We can provide in‑house and wider company development. The perfect candidate has experience working in a fresh food environment.

  • Experience working as a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie
  • Strong knowledge of fresh food and high standards of presentation
  • Confidence running a section during busy service

What you’ll be doing:

  • Preparing and cooking fresh dishes to a high standard
