As Senior Chef de Partie, you’ll support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering consistent, high-quality food, keeping your section organised, and helping junior chefs develop their skills. We can provide in-house and wider company development. The perfect candidate has experience working in a fresh food environment.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience working as a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie
  • Strong knowledge of fresh food and high standards of presentation
  • Confidence running a section during busy service
  • Good organisation, communication and teamwork
  • A positive attitude and passion for hospitality
  • Understanding of food safety, allergens and kitchen hygiene standards

What you’ll be doing:

  • Preparing and cooking fresh dishes to a high standard
  • Running your section smoothly during service
  • Supporting stock control, prep levels and kitchen organisation
  • Helping maintain excellent food safety and cleanliness standards
  • Supporting and training junior members of the kitchen team
  • Working closely with the Head Chef to deliver specials and seasonal menus
