As Senior Chef de Partie, you’ll support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering consistent, high-quality food, keeping your section organised, and helping junior chefs develop their skills. We can provide tons of in house and wider company development.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience working as a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie
- Strong knowledge of fresh food and high standards of presentation
- Confidence running a section during busy service
- Good organisation, communication and teamwork
- A positive attitude and passion for hospitality
- Understanding of food safety, allergens and kitchen hygiene standards
What you’ll be doing:
- Preparing and cooking fresh dishes to a high standard
- Running your section smoothly during service
- Supporting stock control, prep levels and kitchen organisation
- Helping maintain excellent food safety and cleanliness standards
- Supporting and training junior members of the kitchen team
- Working closely with the Head Chef to deliver specials and seasonal menus
