As Senior Chef de Partie, you’ll support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering consistent, high-quality food, keeping your section organised, and helping junior chefs develop their skills. We can provide tons of in house and wider company development (see more below). The perfect candidate has experience working in a fresh-food environment.
What we’re looking for:
Experience working as a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie
Strong knowledge of fresh food and high standards of presentation
Confidence running a section during busy service
Good organisation, communication and teamwork
A positive attitude and passion for hospitality
Understanding of food safety, allergens and kitchen hygiene standards
What you’ll be doing:
Preparing and cooking fresh dishes to a high standard
Running your section smoothly during service
Supporting stock control, prep levels and kitchen organisation
Helping maintain excellent food safety and cleanliness standards
Supporting and training junior members of the kitchen team
Working closely with the Head Chef to deliver specials and seasonal menus
