The Role
This is an opportunity for an experienced backend developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications and integrations.
Working alongside designers, UX specialists, product owners, and fellow developers, the successful candidate will build robust PHP-based solutions, architect API-driven systems, mentor team members, and help shape development best practices.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and optimize enterprise web applications using PHP and CMS platforms such as Word Press.
- Build and integrate REST, Graph QL, SOAP, and webhook-based APIs.
- Develop headless CMS and API-first architectures.
- Write clean, reusable, well-tested code that meets established quality standards.
- Utilize AI and automation tools to improve development workflows and accelerate delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural guidance to developers.
- Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and recommend scalable solutions.

Requirements
- 6+ years of professional PHP development experience.
- 4+ years designing API-driven and headless CMS solutions.
- Strong experience with REST, Graph QL, SOAP, web services, and system integrations.
- Advanced knowledge of My SQL and database optimization.
- Experience architecting scalable software solutions and integration patterns.
- Proficiency with Laravel, Symfony, Code Igniter, or similar PHP frameworks.
- Experience with Git, unit testing, CI practices, and Agile development.
- Strong understanding of AI-assisted development, automation tools, and workflow platforms.
- Knowledge of web security, WCAG standards, and modern software design principles.
