Responsibilities
- Develop, launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, and display platforms
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize against KPIs including CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and pipeline growth
- Manage media budgets, pacing, and spend allocation to maximize campaign performance
- Conduct ongoing A/B testing and implement data-driven optimizations
- Prepare insightful performance reports with clear recommendations
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and development teams to improve campaign effectiveness
- Present campaign results and performance updates to stakeholders with confidence
- Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency, testing, and campaign execution
Requirements
- 3+ years of paid media or performance marketing experience within an agency environment
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn and/or programmatic advertising
