The Role

The Growth and Demand Generation Lead will own the global growth strategy for their B2B Saa S travel platform, building scalable demand generation programs that translate marketing investment into qualified pipeline and revenue.

They will lead strategy across paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, automation and conversion while managing regional digital specialists and partnering closely with sales, brand, web and commercial teams.

  • Develop and execute the global B2B Saa S demand generation strategy across multiple markets, regions and digital channels.
  • Own the acquisition funnel from initial awareness through lead nurturing, qualification and conversion into sales pipeline.
  • Build and optimise integrated campaigns across paid media, marketing automation, content distribution and digital acquisition channels.
  • Establish KPIs across MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, conversion, customer acquisition, ROI and broader growth performance.
  • Partner closely with sales to strengthen lead scoring, routing, nurturing and marketing-to-sales conversion.
  • Use performance data and analytics to identify growth opportunities, optimise marketing investment and improve funnel performance.
  • Develop scalable lifecycle and account-based strategies targeting key B2B customer segments within the global travel ecosystem.
  • Lead and develop regional digital marketing specialists across paid media, automation and campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, brand, web and commercial teams to align go-to-market activity around platform growth.
  • Drive operational excellence across the growth function, improving marketing technology, automation, reporting, processes and execution.
  • The Requirements
  • 10+ years of B2B demand generation, growth or digital marketing experience within B2B Saa S, service-led or hybrid technology organisations.
  • 5+ years in a senior marketing leadership role, ideally within a global, multi-brand or shared-services environment.
  • Proven track record building demand generation strategies that deliver measurable B2B Saa S pipeline, customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Deep expertise across paid media, marketing automation, CRO, analytics and lifecycle marketing.
  • Extensive experience across SEO, AEO, ABM, DOOH and CTV, with the ability to build integrated multi-channel growth strategies.
  • Proven hands-on experience leveraging Linked In, Google, Bing and podcasts as acquisition and demand generation channels.
  • Deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys, lead qualification, lead scoring, sales alignment, funnel conversion and pipeline economics.
  • Commercially focused, with hands-on ownership of marketing-attributed pipeline, ROI, CAC, conversion and broader growth KPIs.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and execute across international markets, regions, time zones and cultures while maintaining strategic consistency.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and collaborate across sales, product, brand, web and commercial teams.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM, marketing technology, automation, attribution and performance analytics platforms.
  • Experience within travel technology, B2B Travel Saa S or the broader travel ecosystem would be highly advantageous.
